    Next etap after it, will be to find what happen with coins ramp. Coins stuck in mechanism, but mechanism is full of WD40, it's smell.

    Second, i wanted say that it's work ! I took of battery, i weld new rack for battery amd i took new battery and my little tool for reset and "bip bip" !

    I took some coins inside, with think it will not work and... "bip bip bip tut tut tut" ;hüpf ;hüpf ;hüpf it's work !

    I have few more questions.. If you have time.. ?

    - The lock is broke, previous owner drilled it for can open. I found on ebay.de used one for 59,90 euros + 12,90 euros shipping. It's really a lot for me, is it any chance to build or adapt something else time i find an other, but cheaper ?
    - How the game is working... ? I translated the user guide in French but i don't understand everything..... Nothing for be honest.. And i never played with machine like it in past, only with slots machine in casino one time..

    A cheap alternative lock is made from Michel in the neighborhood forum with an 3D-Plastic-Printer:

    So try to write him per PM (Personal Message) for this... (in german it is PN for "Persönliche Nachricht")

    For the coin ramp there are clips (number 2) on the front an backside of the coin ramp mechanism so you can get the ramp out...
    Look at my photo how to disassemble the coin tower.

    To write down the gameplay in english is very time-consuming.The better chance is to scan or take photos of the paper manual you have and then to translate this with google translator...

    after diassembly of the coin comparator try to clean it.
    To test it put it on a table an try the coins to see how it works...
    This mechanical coin comparators work without electronic so you can test them without the machine.

    the coin comparator needs no oil or grease and never use it... try to clean it with 99% alcohol (isopropanol) than its fine.
    I think with a good glue you can repair the coin ramp, otherwise ask here and in the neighborhood forum if someone has one in stock...

    yes WD40 can be the reason that the coin comparator not correctly work...
    And as i said try to put the main coin comparator on a table an look how the scales for 2DM, 1DM and 10 Pfennig work.
    If the coin is accepted it will fall to the right side in one of the separated grooves, if not accepted to the left side (a not separated groove)...

    The plastic ramp is combined with the 5DM coin comparator (that is the above scale)...

    Hello !

    So the machine is on the wall and work, but not perfectly.

    When i take 10 pfennig, coin is returned in 99% of time
    1 mark, 80% of time is returned
    2 mark, 50% of time is returned
    5 mark, 50% of time returned

    When coin is not returned, half of the time it's stay stuck inside coin comparator.

    I draw on pic where coins stay stuck..

    I cleaned all with alcohol 2-3 times.
    Coins was clean with ultrasonic.
    Same coin can work one time and second time don't work.
    Any idea?

    On table, comparator work fine with 0,10dm 1dm 2dm
    On table the first comparator for 5dm work fine too..

    You can adjust the coin controller. You can try a little with the screw in the middle, which you see on the 2nd picture on the right lower side. However, when trying you should memorise how much you haved turned the screw into which direction, so that if it doesn't work you can reset it.

    BTW: Have you tried with Euros? Maybe the coin controller had already been adapted to Euros!?

    I tested and cleaned one more time the coin comparator.
    I tested it with few more coins, i had to set the screw A for all 1 mark fit perfectly ( discomet, i started wrote this message before your answer, but thanks for the advice! I tried with euros and doesnt work).
    On table, it's perfect.
    Only one thing, for 10 pfennig, they are often returned because in back, one plate is not pushed on the comparator. I didnt find how to solve it.

    I took on the machine and all coins are returned.

    I saw its one thing on the machine, i don't know what, i show it on pic with scredriwer. If i let it push with screwdriver inside hole, it's work.
    But.. sometimes i have alarm, so i guess this is for alarm?
    Without screwdriver in hole, i have trouble..

    This part of the coin controller is the so-called "Münzsperre" (coin blocker). It is connected to a coil and respective magnet. When the machine is ready (directly after the "tut-tut" and the lamp at the coin slot turns on ), the coil should pull the blocker back so that the coins can run through the controller into the right slots. With the blocker in the controller, the coins will always fail.

    Cannot remember to have had problems with it. Maybe the coil is decrepit. If everything is running apart from that, you can surely fix the blocker so that it is not grabbing into the controller. However, usually the blocker also indicates when the machine is functioning well and when it is ready to play and receive money.

    the coin blocker only works with coin comparator installed.
    The coin comparator pushes the blocker arm 2 or 3 mm inside the coin tower so the magnetism on the coil can switch the coin blocker arm...
    If the coin comparator is not installed try to push the coin arm with your screwdriver 2 or 3 mm into the coin tower and you will see that it will switch.
    If the coil from the coin blocker is dead, every coin is not accepted....
