I have acquired "Merkur Multi" machine and i would like to ask couple of questions 
1.) Any idea
why my machine is saying “card” in top right when I switch from service mode to
normal mode?
2.) When i put coins in, it takes them very slow to the "winmeter" side, is this norma behavior ?

and welcome to the forum. That with the Card .. flashes the display or is permanently displayed in the display?
That the amounts are slowly booked over, by which you always mean 20 cents or ?

"CARD" flashes about 10 sec (and makes "DING" noise) and then it goes to play mode and plays OK
Coins goes to winmeter side slowly in 20-30cents increments... if i put 10€ to the machine, it takes long time when i´m able to play it

Which vending machine do you have exactly? Can you take a picture of it?
Yes, that with the 20 cents steps is unfortunately normal... that's a piece of law

I've only just seen them. OKAY, you have a six-seater multi. If you don't have money on the vending machine, press both risk buttons at the same time. If you do that several times, there is an expiration date on the display.
Ok, it´s saying ENDE -2020, 30-11, already passed that time 
it´s clock wrong in this machine or what ?

You enter it as follows... Automatic must be on, money must be at €0.
Then press both risk buttons again, until the date appears again. While the date appears, you close the door. Then I think I should see the 0 in the Winmeter. If that's the case, enter the number with the flashing risk button. You can keep up with a job when you press the payout button. Once you've arrived at the end, press the payout button again or just close the door.

The card should now be gone, and when you press both risk buttons, it should be a different date.
