    as discomet says:
    There is something wrong with the compensator.

    After pushing the return button at the top the compensator must go fully back not half the way, so something is stuck...
    If you push it back it works, so look on the sites of the compensator of there is something bend...

    Hi Remik95,
    the coin blocker only works with coin comparator installed.
    The coin comparator pushes the blocker arm 2 or 3 mm inside the coin tower so the magnetism on the coil can switch the coin blocker arm...
    If the coin comparator is not installed try to push the coin arm with your screwdriver 2 or 3 mm into the coin tower and you will see that it will switch.
    If the coil from the coin blocker is dead, every coin is not accepted....

    also wenn Du es so beschreibst das wenn 10Cent eingeworfen werden das dann der Alarm los geht sieht es eher nach einem Münzklemmer oder ähnlichem aus.
    Das mit der Alarmanlage könnte sein, aber leider kann ich Dir da wenig weiterhelfen.
    Denn es ist ein Gerät mit Spiel- und Speichermodul ([definition=8]SuS[/definition] Modul) und ich bin eher bei den Vorgängern mit weißer CPU zu Hause.
    Evtl. hat noch jemand mit mehr Erfahrung bei [definition=8]SuS[/definition] Modul Geräten eine gute Idee...

    Hallo CasLino,
    ich weiß zwar gerade nicht um welches Gerät es geht, aber langsames blinken der grünen Münzpfeile bedeutet das die Röhren der betreffenden Münzen einen niedrigen Stand haben.
    Wenn die Pfeile schnell blinken ist die Münzröhre leer und muß aufgefüllt werden nach dem Prozedere des Handbuchs(!).
    Normales Füllen der Röhren hilft hier nicht, der Automat muß das sozusagen "mitbekommen" das aufgefüllt wurde.
    Kann es evtl. sein das Dein Automat auch noch eine Alarmanlage eingebaut hat?
    Das würde mir erklären warum da ein Alarm beim Aufschließen wäre... aber dazu müsste man wissen welches Gerät und ggfs. mal Fotos vom Innenleben haben...

    yes WD40 can be the reason that the coin comparator not correctly work...
    And as i said try to put the main coin comparator on a table an look how the scales for 2DM, 1DM and 10 Pfennig work.
    If the coin is accepted it will fall to the right side in one of the separated grooves, if not accepted to the left side (a not separated groove)...

    The plastic ramp is combined with the 5DM coin comparator (that is the above scale)...

    the coin comparator needs no oil or grease and never use it... try to clean it with 99% alcohol (isopropanol) than its fine.
    I think with a good glue you can repair the coin ramp, otherwise ask here and in the neighborhood forum if someone has one in stock...

    after diassembly of the coin comparator try to clean it.
    To test it put it on a table an try the coins to see how it works...
    This mechanical coin comparators work without electronic so you can test them without the machine.

    For the coin ramp there are clips (number 2) on the front an backside of the coin ramp mechanism so you can get the ramp out...
    Look at my photo how to disassemble the coin tower.

    To write down the gameplay in english is very time-consuming.The better chance is to scan or take photos of the paper manual you have and then to translate this with google translator...

    no the 9 0.1 ist only random at start.
    After that you see the a display with 0.00 an then the discs are correcting their position so the CPU is working but it seems that the CPU is waiting on the discs...
    Try to check the cables from CPU to the discs if there is something wrong with it...
    With machine power off you can beep the cables with your multimeter.

    The other thing you can try is to desolder the battery on one side and solder it on again.
    After that try to initialize the machine with your connector.
    Sometimes the CPU stuck of RAM errors, if you desolder the battery on one side the RAM should be erased and you can start at beginning with initialization.

    first of all power off the machine and try to measure the battery with a multimeter on the CPU.
    The battery is under the white hood, you can see the battery if you open the CPU door...

    If it is under 3 Volts then you have to change it first with a new 3,6 Volts battery, then you have to initialize... i think this is the first step then we will see if it works... ;}

    yes it seems to, there is a button under the counts for resetting it... ;)
    Sometimes this counter was also used for counting the games between services for the service technician.
    On starting the machine do you hear some beeps like in the video?
    Have you found the speaker on the top right behind the cointower? There is a volume knob...

    It is possible that some components on the CPU (white box) are dead so the lamps are not glowing and discs are not starting...

    sometimes it can be that the machine must be initialized with an connector after battery change.
    Do you know if the battery in the white box is changed?
    This connector has the Pins 7,14 & 20 briged for initializing and it must be plugged in for some seconds at machine start.

    This you can see here, its in german but you can see in the video how the machine must be initialized from 0:00 to 2:30 Min.

    on CPU and power supply board the LEDs seemed to be OK...

    But if the main door is open the white switch on the left bottom is not active.
    This is different from newer machines, there the switch is enabled by the small door not by the main door like at the Disc...
    If you want to have the main door open to see whats going on, try to pull out the white switch knob on the left bottom so the switch is on...
    Is there any change if you do so?
    I think the coin is stuck in the coin comparator.
    On the mechanical coin comparator youll find a round sticker with an graphic how to open it for stuck coins...
    Try to clean the coin comparator with some Isopropanol alcohol 99% and some cotton buds.
