Hi everyone,
I have a cash casino whit the following fault.
After startup, it shows in the right display. Code and after approx. 10 sec. E 3A.

Greetings!
The Code means that the slotmachine needs to be activated. A special Keypad is needed, called "ST25 Servicetastatur".
An activation-key is needed, too. Mostly this key is written on the backside at the small paper-sheet in the lower left corner of the slotmachine.
Where can I get a ST25
service keyboard?
Hm, that's not so easy. Maybe from ebay or something else ![]()
But I don't know if the error can realy fixed with the service keyboard.
Maybe the Game-module (Spielmodul) has a nearly empty battery in the timekeeper-IC.
In that case, either the timekeeper has to be exchange or it has to be mill-cut to replace the battery.
After that, the timekeeper needs an image sometimes. Otherwise the program will not start.
Hi,
I have change the [definition=9]TK
![]()
Ok, so the slotmachine needs an activation. You will need this service-keyboard.
But I'm not so good with NSM 25.x Systems., so I don't want to say something wrong ![]()
All I know is, with a new Battery or new [definition=9]TK
If you pick a Date in the year 2002, you have more time to play at real-play-behavior otherwise the slotmachine is to fast in an art of "hobby-mode", with an unnormal play-behavior.
After the time/date-set, it's necessary to type in the activation-code. Then the slotmashine will run as normal as usual.
Some other Users here in the forum can fix these modules. Users send them their Game-Modules, the repair/fix it and send them back. The cost are mostly fair
But sadly, most of them aren't able to write/speak/read english.
Hi there!
I'll have a check what the first error it dispalys means since I can not remember all error-codes. Another important thing is the data on the NV-RAM (Timekeeper).
Some slot-machines from NSM Löwen may function properly without preinstalled data on their Timekeeper, some rewrite the data themselves. But even if the data is re-written, crucial bits are not set properly in most cases (0 where a 1 should be set, ...) which leads to malfunction or unusual errors.
If you are, by any chance, located near the border to germany somebody in your area probably owns and is willig to lend or sell one of the service-tools (ST25 Servicetastatur). Unfortunately I don't own the proper data-image for this device. Maybe another user of this forum is able to help out. I am also willing to translate the correspondence if you need help from a user which is unable to read/understand english.
Kind regards
Rene
